Pastor Joe Gwin was born and raised in Alabama.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mississippi Valley State University in 1995.  Thereafter, he returned to start his mathematics education coursework.  Upon receiving a mathematics teaching responsibility in St. Paul, MN, he attended Concordia University and completed his Mathematics of Education certification.

Pastor Gwin been in ministry since 2005.   He has served faithfully as an usher, minister and was appointed an elder in 2010, where he served as a Discipleship Institute, Premarital Counseling, and Servanthood instructor.

Pastor Gwin has worked as a mathematics instructor in public education for 27 years.  He has earned a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.  As a dedicated educator Pastor Gwin completed his Education Specialist degree for his K-12 Principal License at Concordia University.


Pastor Gwin has been married to his co-laborer in the faith, First Lady Stephanie Gwin for 27 years.  They have four children Chynna, Daniel, Ariel, and Peter. 

First Lady Stephanie Gwin was born and raised in Mississippi.  First Lady Gwin received her Bachelor of Science degree in English Education from Mississippi Valley State University in 1995.  She earned her certification for teaching grades 5-12 through the University of Minnesota, St. Paul.

First Lady Gwin has been a faithful Christian in ministry since 2000 where she has served faithfully as the Christian Education Director for 18 years.. She developed and organized Christian Education classes for parents, youth, and children from infants to grade 12.

First Lady Gwin has earned her Master of Education in Education Leadership and Administration for Principal Licensure from Jones International University.  She has been a 6-12 educator for 26 years where she has served in various leadership positions.


We appreciate the privilege to minister together and inspire change in lives for the better, forever.  We are excited about souls being saved and names being written in the Book of Life.
